The menu, explained
Three courses, two menus: the Hungarian folk dinner menu
A traditional menu of Hungary's best-known dishes and a full vegan alternative. What's on the table, how allergies are handled, and how children fit in.

Two menus, chosen at the restaurant
There are two three-course menus, traditional and vegan, and you choose between them at the restaurant on the night. Both come with the same welcome drink, live music, folk shows and dance lesson.
What's on the traditional menu
The traditional menu sticks to Hungary's best-known dishes. Kettle goulash with pinched noodles comes first, then chicken paprikash with Hungarian egg dumplings, then Somlói sponge trifle for dessert.
The vegan menu is a full menu
The vegan menu is a complete plant-based three courses rather than a single swapped dish. You get homemade green pea soup, vegan stuffed cabbage, and chocolate cake with raspberry mousse.
Allergies
Allergens are marked for every dish on both menus. The kitchen can't prepare individually tailored or special menus, so if you have a serious allergy, check the dishes against it before you book rather than on the night.
Bringing children
Children are welcome with their families, and a child's ticket is the same per-person price as an adult's. At about two hours, the evening is a manageable length for most school-age children.
